We only collect data that you voluntarily provide:
- Contact form: first name, last name, email, subject, and message.
- Supplier Show contest: first name, last name, email, phone number, company, contest answers, and separate newsletter consent when provided.
- Member space: email address (to verify your membership and grant access to member space).
- 2026 Golf Tournament: contact details, company, registration or sponsorship selection, participant details, dietary needs, and follow-up information submitted through the intake form.
- Online payments: payment confirmation, transaction status, amount, currency, taxes, and technical identifiers needed to reconcile registrations and sponsorships.
- Analytics: anonymized browsing data collected by Umami (cloud-hosted, cookie-free).
2. Purposes
- Respond to your inquiries (contact form).
- Administer Supplier Show contest entries, communicate with entrants about the contest, and confirm the winner.
- Verify your membership status for member-space access.
- Coordinate Golf 2026 registrations, sponsorships, participant follow-up, and dietary needs.
- Reconcile payments with Stripe Checkout and the private Golf 2026 transaction ledger.
- Improve the website using aggregated, anonymized statistics.

5. Retention
Contact form messages are kept as long as needed to process your request. Contest entries are kept as long as needed to administer the contest and complete required follow-up. Golf 2026 information is kept as long as needed to administer the event, reconcile payments, and complete required follow-up. Operational logs are retained for a maximum of 90 days.
