We believe food science protects what Canadians eat. Since 1951, CIFST has brought together professionals who share this conviction — scientists, technologists, and researchers from industry, government, and academia.
With approximately 1,200 members in Quebec, the section promotes food quality, safety, and public confidence through science and technology.
