Accessibility statement
CIFST Quebec is committed to a website that is usable by everyone, regardless of ability or technology.
Last reviewed: June 12, 2026
Our commitment
We target Level AA conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2. Accessibility is part of our release criteria: every deployment is checked with automated scans and manual reviews.
Measures in place
- Semantic structure: navigation landmarks, heading hierarchy, and a skip-to-content link on every page.
- Full keyboard navigation, including the mobile menu and payment forms.
- Colour contrast meeting the AA threshold (4.5:1) across the site.
- Alternative text for informative images and explicit labels on controls.
- Screen-reader notice whenever a link opens in a new tab.
- All content available in both French and English.
Known limitations
Some downloadable documents (for example sponsorship PDF sheets) may not be fully tagged for assistive technologies. On request, we will provide the information in an accessible format.
