Our commitment
We target Level AA conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2. Accessibility is part of our release criteria: our reviews combine automated checks and manual testing of key journeys. This process is not a certification of conformance.
Measures in place
- Semantic structure: navigation landmarks, heading hierarchy, and a skip-to-content link on every page.
- Keyboard controls for menus and forms.
- Ongoing checks of colour contrast and readability.
- Alternative text for informative images and explicit labels on controls.
- Screen-reader notice whenever a link opens in a new tab.
- Main journeys offered in French and English; some documents and posters remain in their original language.
Known limitations
Some downloadable documents (for example sponsorship PDF sheets) may not be fully tagged for assistive technologies. On request, we will provide the information in an accessible format.
