Registration, Payment and Cancellation Terms

1. Event covered by these terms

These terms apply to Golf 2026 registration, dinner-only purchases and sponsorship packages for the Pat Larose Golf Tournament 2026.

The event takes place on September 15, 2026 at Golf de Boucherville, with a Caribbean cruise theme.

2. Prices, currency and taxes

Prices are in CAD. Unless otherwise stated, displayed prices are before taxes.

GST and QST are added at checkout. Online payment is processed with Stripe Checkout.

3. Registration and sponsorship confirmation

Stripe sends the payment confirmation to the email address used at checkout.

After payment, CIFST Quebec may follow up by email for participant details, foursome roster, sponsor logo or materials, and fulfilment information.

Buyers should complete the participation details intake form after checkout.

4. Cancellation and refund policy

Cancellations in writing will be accepted until August 24, 2026, with a 20% administrative fee. No refunds will be issued in the event of rain.

When a refund is applicable, it is returned through the original payment method. Refund timing can depend on the card issuer or payment method.

5. Weather / rain policy

No refunds will be issued in the event of rain.

Any operational decision related to weather conditions will be communicated by CIFST Quebec if needed.

6. Sponsorship availability and fulfilment

Sponsorships are subject to availability and CIFST Quebec confirmation. Limited sponsorships may be confirmed manually.

Sponsor visibility depends on receiving logos, materials and required information in time.

The refreshment break / cart is inquiry-only and is not an online checkout item.

7. Participant information and dietary needs

Buyers are responsible for providing accurate participant, foursome, contact and coordination details.

Dietary restrictions should be submitted through the participation details intake form or by email.

8. Failed payments, duplicate orders and support

Failed or incomplete payments do not confirm a registration or sponsorship.

If a buyer believes a duplicate order occurred, they should contact CIFST Quebec. The team will use Stripe records and the private ledger to reconcile the situation.
